About us
Her journey
Mother of two marvelous kids, Floriane’s passion is nutrition. She was graduated M.D. in Belgium in 2006 and Gastroenterologist in 2012. She has the chance to work as a GI in some very well-known University Hospitals in Europe as in Paris and Brussels. After that she followed her path and graduated from a Clinical Nutrition Certificate in Belgium.

Floriane moved to Minnesota in January 2019 with her husband and two kids. She first worked as a volunteer in the Wayzata Culinary Express than she decided to work as a freelance nutritionist.
​
She gives special interest to GI patients who struggle everyday with their nutrition.
